01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3333dt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the services, games, promotions, and features available on the 3333dt website and any related mobile-optimised pages. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

3333dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 3333dt will take reasonable steps to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. 02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the real-money services on 3333dt, you must register an account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or are accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a corporate entity.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended account on 3333dt.
• You have not been self-excluded from the platform or requested permanent account closure.
• You are not registering for the purpose of conducting research into the platform's operations on behalf of a competitor.

By completing the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your age — is a material breach of these Terms. 3333dt reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided, with immediate effect, and to withhold any balance held in that account pending investigation.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

3333dt operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before your first withdrawal is processed, and at any point where 3333dt reasonably requires verification, you will be asked to submit documentation confirming your identity and address. Accepted documents include:

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of a request being issued may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. 3333dt will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3333dt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3333dt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. 3333dt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳200
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500
• Deposits are credited to your 3333dt account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
• 3333dt does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before the first withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 3333dt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions on 3333dt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 3333dt does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment method settles in a different currency, your provider's prevailing conversion rate will apply.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

3333dt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and whose accounts are in good standing. Players who have been identified as bonus abusers may be excluded from future offers at 3333dt's discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
3. Maximum Bet While Wagering: While bonus wagering is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
4. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting games may contribute a lower percentage. Exact contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: 3333dt employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using a bonus, arbitrage strategies, low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, 3333dt reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6. Expiry: All bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically.

05 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 3333dt — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by rules set by the respective game providers and, where applicable, by 3333dt's own sportsbook rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

5.1 Random Number Generators

All slot games and RNG-based table games on 3333dt are powered by certified random number generators. 3333dt works exclusively with game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified. Outcomes of RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or by 3333dt.

5.2 Live Casino

5.3 Sports Betting — Cricket

Sports betting markets on 3333dt, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled according to 3333dt's official sportsbook rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent), 3333dt reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with the applicable voiding rules for that market. Decisions made by 3333dt's trading team on settlement matters are final.

5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software bug that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 3333dt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. 3333dt will not honour payouts arising from a clearly erroneous result caused by a technical fault, regardless of the amount displayed during the malfunction.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 3333dt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on 3333dt, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity or from a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including deposit limits or self-exclusion, by registering a new account after exclusion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3333dt support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your actual location.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

3333dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the situations listed below.

1. Suspected Fraudulent Activity: Where 3333dt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity — including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or collusion — the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. The player will be notified by email within 48 hours.
2. Breach of These Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account closure without prior notice. Examples include providing false KYC documentation, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
3. Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard, or by contacting support at [email protected], will have their account suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
4. Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 3333dt support in writing. Following closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC or AML checks.
5. Prolonged Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as inactive. 3333dt will contact the registered email address before taking any action on an inactive account.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333dt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

3333dt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Third-Party Services

The 3333dt platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and others). 3333dt is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Any service interruption caused by a third-party provider does not constitute a breach of these Terms by 3333dt.

8.2 Internet Connectivity

You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection when using 3333dt. If a disconnection occurs during an active game round or live bet, 3333dt will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records. The outcome determined by the server at the point of disconnection shall be final and binding.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3333dt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, action, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms.
